important note
Age divisions may be combined for pool play, depending on the number in each division.  If that happens, an upper and lower bracket will be offered on the last day of competition.

NOTE: Anyone purchasing a ticket will need to know the TEAM CODE for the team they are coming to watch. This can be found by going to the schedule using THIS LINK and clicking on the delegation that they are visiting with and then clicking on the specific team. 

QR CODE ENTRY
When you purchase online, you will receive a QR code ticket to your email and/or via text message on your phone. THIS IS YOUR TICKET!


​Each spectator will need to present their individual QR code ticket along with a corresponding photo ID. The QR Code and your ID must be presented each time you wish to enter the facility.

QR Codes will be scanned prior to entry and each re-entry. 

Kids 5 and under are free.  ​Minors who do not have an ID must be accompanied by an adult.

  • All officials will be provided for the matches
  • (R1/R2/Scorer/Flipper/2 Line Judges)
  • Officials arrive on July 23, Depart on July 27 or July 28
  • Note: Double occupancy lodging provided for R1/R2/Scorer Positions​. ​
  • All regions who participate in the event are invited to nominate officials to work at the event. 
who can nominate?
Participating regions will be allowed to nominate 4 officials:
  • 2 mentor officials (national/international level)
  • 2 mentee officials (regional/jr. national level)
The Official's Planning Committee will make the final decision on which officials are invited to participate.

The nomination link was emailed to commissioners and HP Heads of Delegation on Tuesday, March 11, 2025 by Brian Sharkey.
