• Up to 5 Staff (1 Coach, 2 AC, 1 Team Rep, 1 Team Leader)

• 6 Unlimited for All Other Divisions

Coaches Meeting: 

• No in-person coach meeting

Delegation Meeting: 

• Saturday at 5:00 PM in the Convention Center.

Delegation Social:

Boys/male

• U15 Division - Born in 2012 or Later
• U17 Division - Born in 2010 & 2011
• U19 Division - Born in 2008 & 2009
  • U19 International Division - Born in 2007, 2008, & 2009

girls/female

• U13 Division - Born in 2014 or later
• U15 Division - Born in 2012 & 2013

important note

Age divisions may be combined for pool play, depending on the number in each division.  If that happens, an upper and lower bracket will be offered on the last day of competition.

QR CODE ENTRY
When you purchase online, you will receive a QR code ticket to your email and/or via text message on your phone. THIS IS YOUR TICKET!

​Each spectator will need to present their individual QR code ticket along with a corresponding photo ID. The QR Code and your ID must be presented each time you wish to enter the facility.

​QR Codes will be scanned prior to entry and each re-entry. 

Kids 5 and under are free.  ​Minors who do not have an ID must be accompanied by an adult.

This is a Stay-to-Play event. All teams will need to book within the block to get accepted into the event or make other approved arrangements with the OVR.  To reserve rooms with our hotel management company, delegations should contact the ASC Event Coordinator, Glenn Freed [email protected].

• ​Ground Transportation Info from the Host: All Teams are responsible for securing their own transportation.  This includes transportation to and from the airport.​

Officials Info

• All officials will be provided for the matches
• (R1/R2/Scorer/Flipper/2 Line Judges)
• Officials arrive on July 22, Depart on July 26
• Note: Double occupancy lodging provided for R1/R2/Scorer Positions​. ​
• All regions who participate in the event are invited to nominate officials to work at the event. 
  

who can nominate?

Participating regions will be allowed to nominate 4 officials:

• 2 mentor officials (national/international level)
• 2 mentee officials (regional/jr. national level)

The Official's Planning Committee will make the final decision on which officials are invited to participate.  The nomination link will be emailed to Commissioners in early March.
